Over 12 weeks of virtual and in-person sessions, your team will work alongside fleet operators from across Washington and a team of experts to:
Understand your total cost of ownership. We'll help you run the numbers on fuel savings, maintenance reductions, and available incentives so you can make the business case internally.
Build a fleet electrification plan. You'll leave with a real, actionable roadmap tailored to your vehicles, routes, and operational needs—not just a generic framework. You’ll develop your plan with 1:1 support from an electrification coach.
Navigate WAZIP from application to voucher. Our team walks you through eligibility requirements, vehicle selection, documentation, and the steps to successfully secure program funding.
Learn directly from electrification experts. Our sessions are taught by industry leaders, government agencies, and experienced fleet managers—and you’ll get directly connected with utilities to help you get a head start on infrastructure planning and identifying local incentives.

Program Details
Program dates: September 22nd – December 16th, 2026
Format: Weekly 90-minute virtual sessions and a two-day in-person workshop in Seattle. Participants will also receive up to 5 additional hours of one on one consulting support.
Cost: $995 per organization ($495 for organizations that qualify as one of the following: Emerging/Rising Business, Drayage Operator or Business, Veteran-Owned Business, Nonprofit Organization, or Governmental/Public Agency). Financial assistance is available.

What is WAZIP?
The Washington Zero-Emission Incentive Program (WAZIP) helps businesses and commercial fleets save money when they buy or lease cleaner vehicles and equipment. WAZIP offers point-of-sale vouchers that lower the upfront cost of eligible zero-emission on-road vehicles and off-road equipment. Purchasers can choose from a catalog of approved models and work directly with WAZIP-approved dealers to complete their purchases.

No. You don’t need to apply for WAZIP vouchers, or participate in WAZIP in any way, to benefit from the Accelerator. But if you are interested in applying for vouchers, this program is designed to help you get there.

Don’t want to miss out on WAZIP incentives? Funding is going fast: and organizations with a solid electrification plan are best positioned to secure it. That's exactly what the Accelerator helps you build. Regardless of whether you’ll participate in WAZIP, transitioning to an electric fleet typically takes several years to develop the business case, plan, build out infrastructure, and get vehicles on the road: so if you’re considering an EV fleet, now is the time to start.

Participants attend weekly 90-minute virtual sessions over 12 weeks, a two-day in-person session in Seattle, and make use of consulting hours with our technical partners. The more you put into this program, the more you get out of it: so we recommend that organizations plan to commit an average of 5-10 hours per week in order to walk away with a solid electrification plan.

The cost to attend the Accelerator is $995 per organization. There is a reduced cost of $495 for organizations that meet one of the following requirements: Businesses with annual revenue under $10 million, drayage operators, veteran-owned businesses, nonprofits, and local governments or public agencies (see page 10 of the WAZIP implementation manual for more information). Financial assistance is available.

Yes. Past graduates of our programs have come in at many different stages in the process, from those who are brand new to electrification, to those who have already purchased several vehicles and chargers. Over 90% of our graduates say they are further along in the fleet electrification than if they hadn’t participated in the Accelerator, regardless of how far along they were before enrolling.

The person responsible for creating your organization’s fleet electrification plan—whether that is your sustainability manager, fleet manager, or operations manager—is the best person to attend. Each organization may enroll up to four participants, and we strongly encourage at least two participants.

The cohort is limited to 20 organizations. This allows us to provide the 1:1 coaching that is a key component of the Accelerator and gives participants the opportunity to get to know and support each other throughout the program. We aim to have a diverse group of organizations from across Washington, including BIPOC-owned businesses.
